Manager Support - Martin Lake Generation - TXU Energy (Tatum, TX)
_Summary_ This position is responsible for managing the overall maintenance of Martin Lake Plant, a three-unit, 2250 MW installed capacity, lignite-fired power plant to meet the specific energy generation requirements of the Luminant Fossil fleet in a safe, reliable, efficient, and environmentally sound manner.
_Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements_ Bachelors Degree in a field associated with the jobs necessary skills/competencies and 10 years management experience, or High school diploma/GED with 15 years management experience in the energy industry.
High-level of awareness in business administration (accounting, finance, human resources, etc.
) Experience in the administration of a labor agreement.
Occasional long, irregular hours.
Use of a PC, computer terminal and/or telephone usually more than 6 hours a day.
Frequent travel between company facilities and occasional overnight travel.
Must be able to comply with the Luminant Respirator Policy.
Job may require the employee to work in excess of 12-hour per day, seven (7) days a week.
Position will require the employee to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
Occasionally work in wet, cold, hot, and dust conditions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
