Responsibilities:
Coordinate, plan and lead the MRP activities through a timely and effective process of implementation and continued maintenance Maximize the integration of MPR system tools into all areas of company daily activities Complete product design and routine test programs Interfaces with Sales, Marketing and Production to produce the best-recognized available internal lining system product end users to learn of product product Bill of material maintenance, item master management, engineering change order functions Coordinate with Plant Management to develop and enact cost control and cost reduction measures as needed Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to assist in establishing long and short range plans to assist and resolve technical problems that affect day-to-day operations Involved in the preparation of specifications, layouts, drawings, cost estimates etc.
affecting plant equipment and capital projects Resolve questions from key customer decision makers, contract engineers, specifies, and contractors Develop the detail planning and execution of tactical goals to strengthen spec position in the marketplace Strengthen and improve Domestic and International markets and market shares Prepares engineering drawings for submittal to end user and reviews for completeness Facilitate the relationship between the end user and the Company including onsite installation training, inspection, cost justification, project support, national account support and quote follow-up Stays aware of market activities including all potential competitors Is active in and supports all new product development activities, including working closely with the quotations department to ensure we are the specified product , and follow-up and influence end users on project business Ensure adherence to manufacturing and quality standers, including training Supervisors, leads and line people in improving quality control methods Develops and maintains relationships with market specification entities and key trade organizations such as:
APL, UL, CSA, IEC, SPE, NACE etc Generate White Papers for products REQUIRED:
Well Completion Engineering experience preferred Tubular, Connections, Down hole experience preferred Field experience preferred Corrosion experience would be an advantage Customer interface would be an advantage Quality Control / Statistics ISO Knowledge / Experience Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills Familiarity with MRPII Knowledge of Composite Materials Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Proficient Auto CAD / CAD Software 2D Minimum CNC Programming THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION Source:
