Responsibilities:
Coordination and maintenance of the company's integrated management system (AIMS) certifications (OSHA 18001, ISO 9001, Responsible Care MS and VPP Star).
Lead the management system subcommittee and support the HESQ Manager in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
Maintains the Plant Environmental Operating Record (EOR):
Maintain the plant Environmental Operating Record (both files and index), such that all records and information that must be kept according to state and federal regulations, and all permit requirements, are properly filed and can be readily accessed.
This activity requires effective organizational skills and knowledge of the EOR index and file.
Coordinate with the various departments of site in regards to IMS certification requirements and program standards.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and other system requirements in consultation with the various departments, recommend improvement to existing procedures and standardize forms used in preparation to and as a requirement for System certification.
Conduct/assist IMS audits and evaluate different areas and processes of the site to monitor compliance to applicable Standards, existing policies and procedures of the company.
Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.

Assist in the development of strategies and action plans to attain objectives and effectively implement the formulated corrective and preventive actions.
Recommend measures on improving the Integrated Management System and maintain the Company's Integrated Management System Certification.
Conduct routine inspections of the system and coordinate the sites internal audit program.
Update and maintain the site's management system manuals, policies and procedures.
Maintain and control records and documents of the HSEQ Department.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead IMS activities.
Experience in the development and administration of audit policies and system standards.
Computer experience using Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
A-68 Full Time Permanent Position for a large US Company.
