We are HIRING -- Technical Support Agents for our Tyler, TX call centers.
We're looking for those technical wizards who are the technical support team for their family members and circle of friends.
The ones who are always called about problems with computers, cell phones, audio-visual equipment, etc.
Professional training or formal technical training are not required.
We're looking for those who have the skills and patience to troubleshoot with and explain technical issues to non-technical users.
