About the Job:
Job Functions Include:
Producing timely and accurate periodic financial statements, budgets, forecasts with related variances and metrics Developing and implementing accounting and finance solutions for complex operation issues Managing and maintaining adequate process and systems of accounting records ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP and regulatory requirements Managing monthly accounting close process and developing process improvements Maintaining adequate technology expertise to utilize financial and database software to develop process improvements Leveraging strengths of the staff members with a commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team to reach company, department and personal goals utilizing the company values Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and procedures and internal controls to mitigate risks Assuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax filing and reporting requirements Managing risk through property and casualty, workers compensation, professional and general liability insurance Coordinating valuations, internal and external audits Managing cash on hand, cash projections and other treasury functions Minimum Requirements:
CPA required, minimum of bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 10
years of experience in managerial accounting experience Excellent leadership, oral, written and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical, are a must Click here to apply.
