Immediate opportunity! We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Food and Beverage. REPORTS TO:
General Manager JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee all food and beverage operations, including liquor and bar procedures, food controls, sanitation, and cost controls. JOB
Summary:
Staffing in food & beverage areas, cost controls, following legal and sanitation. DUTIES:
Understand and properly evaluate inventory of food, liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Utilize understanding of all food and beverage inventories to mainta
in proper par levels and place orders based on business needs and budgetary concerns. Oversee, inspect, and delegate food and beverage areas for cleanliness, proper operation, and institute systems that will improve guest satisfaction and service. Interview, hire, and train staff for respective Food and Beverage roles. Understand brand specific standards and its effect on guest satisfaction and brand initiated quality assurance standards. Utilize standards as a training module to ensure consistency and succeed in brand initiated quality assurance inspections . Meet or exceed financial responsibilities for department Work the necessary hours to assure all food and beverage responsibilities are achieved. .
Qualifications:
Previous food and beverage experience in minimum supervisory capacity, Banquets and Catering experience a strong plus Compensation based on experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
