Responsibilities:
Develop new and existing accounts within the Greater Houston area through effective prospecting, networking, referrals, internal lead follow ups, solution selling and closing.
Leverage existing relationships to gain additional leads to expand their account base.
Consistency in achieving revenue goals.
Establish and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
Develop business plans, detailing activities that will drive assigned sales and revenue quotas, including prospecting, account strategy, forecasting and sales pipeline management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
Updates job knowledge by maintaining CSE certification and targeted specializations Requirements:
3 to 20 years of experience selling voice and data communications solutions.
Proven track record in lead generation, account development, negotiating, solution selling, and closing profitable deals.
Past Avaya (Nortel), Shoretel, or Juniper Networks sales experience a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a passionate focus on solving prospect problems.
A Problem Solver with an entrepreneur attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Bachelor's Degree preferred Motivated by a compensation structure that is driven by results Click here to apply.
