Job Description Benjamin Franklin Plumbing ! sales and install experience in the Tyler/Longview area).
o Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine and personable a must o Strong steady work history a must, currently working a strong plus Strong experience in the following:
o Hot Water Heater replacement and repair o Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet) Sewer, Gas and Water Service Replacement-- Drain Cleaning-- o Competent use of conventional sewer machines and high power jetters o Under Slab, Sewer o Estimating, selling and offering options on a daily basis, able to meet and exceed sales quota a must-no salary cap-performance dictates income! Answers in the mirror! o Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude! o Exceptional Plumber; intuitive, hard working, fast, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, attention to detail, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized- 'what next' attitude! o Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and growth as a plumber o Ability to explain/educate the customer on their plumbing needs at their level, flat rate pricing o Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the Texas summer heat o A CURRENT Texas plumbing license, Journeyman's license, good references a must.

o Can pass the state of Texas background and drug test, clean driving record and current drivers license are ALL a must.
