Our UT Health Tyler hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Bariatric Department where you will be responsible for:
What You Will Be Doing:
Supporting the culture of quality with delivery of quality nursing care to decrease potential harm to other patients and peers.
Participating actively in UTHET's performance improvement process as it relates to nursing practices and procedures.
Interacting with co-workers, physicians, other hospital staff, guests and patients while providing outstanding customer service.
Acts as an information resource under the direction of licensed personnel for a mid-levels and physicians in a clinical setting.
Should be able to communicate both orally and written to physician, patient, and family members in a clear, concise manner.
Abstracting surgical data.
Functioning as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer (must complete education to gain certification).
Help coordinate quarterly committee meeting with the Bariatric Surgery Committee.
Maintain program standards.
Prepare for site surveys.
Analyze data from the MBSAQIP Semi Annual reports (SARS).
Provide and coordinate bariatric surgery education for staff.
Patricipate in routine meetings off campus with tyler bariatric surgeons and staff.
Prepare presentations for Quality Council as requested.
Capture and maintain patient information spreadsheets per program patricipation standards.

So what experience are we looking for in our Clinical Coordinator Position?
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Participates in continuing education activities.
At least one year of nursing experience in acute care setting, 3 to 5 years preferred. One year of acute care rounding with physicians strongly preferred.
Current Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
