Job Description:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone and written appeals Collaborate with the collection department to obtain additional information needed to process claims.
Verify insurance coverage eligibility.
Reconciling balances between NRS system and the Client's system.
Create and maintain necessary reports.
Consistent communication with management and collection teams to ensure optimal performance.
Job Specifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Knowledge of billing procedures and requirements.
Skills:
Utilize Microsoft Office and internet based applications, 35:
45 wpm, 10 key calculator, interpersonal skills, telephone skills, and organizational skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
Must possess good verbal communication skills.
Must be analytical and able to evaluate problem accounts.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week.
