Develops and utilizes monitoring and reporting techniques and systems.
Responsible for internal quality and performance monitoring to ensure that client expectations are being achieved.
Develops and implements policies and procedures related to all aspects of the revenue cycle process.
Evaluates and directs efforts of Consultants and Analysts to improve revenue cycle initiatives.
Performs operational reviews of various revenue cycle processes publishes recommended action plans/proposals In conjunction with other department leaders, implements strategic and operational initiatives in Accounts Receivable Management.
Salary Starting at52,000 annually Education Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years revenue cycle experience in a hospital setting.
CPA Preferred.
