The Purchasing Clerk is primarily responsible for supporting the District Manager and purchasing department in compiling information and records to prepare purchase orders for purchasing materials and supplies for the district office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials.
Assist buyer with purchase order revisions, change orders, invoices, receiving, etc.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Assist in preparing spread sheets, special projects, and reviewing reports.
Monitor and assists with vendor related issues.
Provides routine administrative support.
Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor
